Having spent over 20 years in the field of Human Resources in various leadership positions, Sara has reviewed 1000's of resumes realizing time and time again that candidates were not showcasing their strengths, accomplishments nor highlighting their personal brand which was standing in the way of their achieving success. She understood the frustration of candidates and wanted desperately to provide advice however could not reach out to assist them in her given role. In many cases she found in her research, faculty teaching and interviewing, that job seekers were unaware of how to be successful in their job search, they instead were just following a passive approach to goal getting and their job search rather than proactively and strategically creating the career path that would best serve their true vision for themselves. It was this empathy not only for the job seeker but for her employer that continually saw limited qualified candidates to fill their growing employment and business needs that she created Esperto HR Office.
