Juanita A Bulloch

Business Description

Juanita Bulloch is a Certified Master Coach with emphasis on Executive, Engineer and Small Business Coaching. She is passionate about empowering and motivating others to use their knowledge, to communicate effectively, and to take planned action toward achieving their goals. Through her years of executive experience, including the presidency of a steel company, she brings a keen understanding of leadership and entrepreneurship and combines it with her intense devotion to honesty, dependability, competency, compassion and quality.

She is certification with the Center for Coaching Certification as a Certified Master Coach and has completed Proctor-Gallagher’s Thinking into Results Program for Leaders.

After thirteen years of teaching mathematics in junior high and high school, Juanita made a career move to business.  Her first task was to install computer systems in two hospitals. Implementation of the computer systems led her to Southeastern Steel Company where she spent 20+ years. There, she progressed through the accounting department to corporate officer and President of the company.

As President of Southeastern Steel, Juanita provided leadership for the financial and cultural turnaround of the company following the death of its President and major stockholder. She promptly developed a TEAM concept with the company’s employees while assuring customers, suppliers, and bankers of the viability of the company.  The company recorded the most profitable year of its 50-year history and attained Small Manufacturer of the Year.

Juanita eventually left Southeastern Steel to pursue other interests and was called back during a financial setback. Through her efforts to work with stockholders, attorneys, creditors, and bankers, a plan was approved to facilitate Southern Steel’s emergence from Chapter 11. She saved the company and jobs by successfully selling the Safe Harbor business as well as the assets of Southeastern Steel Company.

Juanita earned a BS in Mathematics Education from the University of Georgia and BS in Accounting from Francis Marion University.  Her natural love of learning prompted her to earn an MBA from Francis Marion, where the School of Business named her “Outstanding Alumnus”.

As President of Pee Dee Education Foundation Board, Juanita revived board interest in a civic foundation that funded educational programs for the public schools.  She twice served on the Boy Scouts of America Board and is fondly remembered as the “Popcorn Colonel”. Currently, she volunteers as a math tutor for at-risk students.

Living her passion for nutrition, natural healing and enjoyment of nature led Juanita to become a Reiki practitioner with emphasis on animals. She loves to spend her leisure time riding and caring for her horse.

Juanita Bulloch is truly a coach and consultant who cares deeply for those who seek her experience, knowledge and expertise. Always considerate about sensitive and confidential topics, she inspires trust, and her willingness to experience new ideas and skills encourages others to embrace new ways of doing things and to take action.  She listens intently and is compassionate.

As president of a steel company, she used her knowledge of business and her personal strengths to develop a highly effective TEAM. As a certified coach, she is a strategic partner with her Clients, helping them explore goals, barriers and action steps for moving forward. She provides perspective, creates focus, clarifies intention, motivates and builds accountability through empowering the Client.
