Kathy is a Certified Professional Coach and Licensed Parent Educator who partners with individuals to create the life they desire. She works with clients to develop their strengths and confidence in their interpersonal skills and communication effectiveness in order to meet their personal and professional goals. She specializes in vision clarity, change management, work-life balance, and family dynamics. Kathy combines her business skills with her ability to connect with people, to create a positive vision of their future.

Kathy has a Masters in Business Administration and has had over 20 years experience in leadership, developing teams and project management. She also holds a Masters of Education with eight years of experience working for Eden Prairie Schools as a Parent Educator facilitating weekly classes with parents, providing individual family consultations as well as providing peer coaching to fellow teachers.

Peace Factors, cofounded by Kathy has reached over 1000 adults, children and educators to enhance their ability to create peace and enhance relationships through their thoughts words and actions.

Kathy resides in Minneapolis with her two children and enjoys being active outdoors walking, playing tennis and coaching lacrosse.
