Structured Solutions is a coaching practice offering private and group coaching, face to face and virtual workshops and in-house and corporate training.  Coaching and other programs are designed to help the empathy-driven by Text-Enhance">service professional and entrepreneur design and build a thriving business aligned with their core values and vision.

Upon by Text-Enhance">starting a business, entrepreneurs feel excited, optimistic and hopeful.  They are full of ideas and move forward immediately.  But then something happens.  Business and life seems to flatline and those feelings of excitement and hope turn to doubt, fear and confusion.  I have found that many entrepreneurs are running a business and living a life completely out of alignment with their core values and they lack an unshakeable vision to move forward through necessary business activities.  As a result they experience a lack of focus and direction, find it difficult to make decisions and take on opportunities that are good, not great.  Their roadmap to success becomes skewed and many times entrepreneurs are wearing all the hats in the business.
