An extensive background in business development, relationship management, people development, training, presentations, and career search strategies allows me to effectively support you as you define your success and achieve results.  Because I ran my own business for 11 years with a sales team of 22 members, I have experience in motivating people.  Through creating and presenting monthly training workshops to my team, I developed excellent communication & interpersonal skills.  Sharing my expertise on job search strategies, I present workshops on job search topics to area job transition groups and at Minnesota Workforce Centers.
