Keela Edwards Oyewole knows first-hand the struggles and shame that come with having ADHD. She understands the constant stop-and-start of life when trying to keep up at work, manage the home as a mother and stay focused when sometimes your mind just wants to wander. Diagnosed at 19 years old in college, Keela spent 12 years fighting internally overcompensating, stressing and worrying to find a “cure” to end her battle with ADHD only to discover there is none. ADHD does not go away with medication, focusing on meditation, crying, praying, seeking various therapy modalities or even saying affirmations. ADHD is a journey and the path towards inner healing takes time and first begins with acceptance. In that moment Keela stopped fighting her diagnosis and learned how to embrace her “new normal”. Fast forward years later, Keela has founded Praxis Coaching Solutions, LLC, an ADHD Life and Productivity Coaching firm that specializes in providing individualized action plans that address the issues of middle school students, adult professionals and families issues of procrastination, time management, organization and task planning. At Praxis Coaching Solutions, clients are taught how to do MORE in LESS time. Keela focuses on providing her clients with ADHD Strategies Made Simple.

Professionally, Keela has a tenured career as a Project Manager who have spent the last 8 years working on several high-profile multi-million government contracts that span from construction, municipalities, compliance, procurement, nonprofit-management to now cloud migration. She has managed over $65M+ projects within both the DFW and DC markets. Keela is the proud alumnus of The University of Texas at Austin (B.A., B.S.) and Southern Methodist University (SMU). She also spent her time studying at Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington.

Outside of work, Keela cherishes the time she spends with her husband who is ADHD-friendly, their son, painting, traveling, enjoying the company of her friends and family, journaling in her many notebooks and volunteering. Keela has taken her knack for process improvement, esteemed experience as a project manager, love for organizing and passion for people to establish a company that not only infuses practical tools and daily hacks but is simple in the process.
