Prior to starting her coaching business, Diane was a successful sales leader and people developer in the communications technology sector for over 30 years. Her successes include senior roles leading multi-billion-dollar 500-person+ sales and marketing teams in Fortune 500 companies. She has led across business market segments, from small business to government and enterprise- wide large business and service providers. Most recently, Diane led Cisco’s Americas Public Sector Services Sales business. In this capacity, Diane and her team worked with customers and partners to achieve their desired goals by providing comprehensive advanced and technical services supporting Cisco products and software. In her 15-year tenure with Cisco, Diane was also the successful leader of the Public Sector Partner Organization and the US Federal Services Sales and Civilian Product Sales teams. Throughout her leadership career she has coached, mentored and sponsored high potential individuals to excel. In addition to her Fortune 500 leadership experience, Diane has also been a successful principal, president and general manager who hired and developed high- performing leaders at several venture-backed, innovative start-up companies. Diane is a member of the International Coaching Federation, a Certified Professional Coach and a Certified Master Coach. She is a lifelong mentor for women and emerging leaders inside and outside her workplace. She has a B.S. in business finance from West Liberty University and earned an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. While leading in the public sector market, Diane was a member of the federal Industry Advisory Council, a graduate of the federal government/industry Partner Program and served as vice-chair of the program. Diane currently serves on the board of The Women’s Center, a non-profit counseling and resource organization addressing the mental health, personal and professional well-being of women and their families. She also serves on the board of the West Liberty University Foundation. During her career, she has been honored as a Fed 100 award winner, a 2015 YWCA of Silicon Valley TWIN Leadership awardee, a recipient of the CRN Top Women in the Channel honor and the Washington-area Women in Technology (WIT) Large Business Leadership Award for mentoring and coaching women. She and her husband reside in Fairfax, Virginia and are the proud parents of two grown children. Her hobbies include exercise, hiking, golf, music and travel.
