There are PLENTY of adults who don't know how to put together a proper resume, much less how they should approach an interview or (dare I say) networking. But what if you were able to build these professional skills? Imagine instead... Waking up to see that you have an email from the recruiter you met the night before and they've extended you an invite to interview tomorrow... Adjusting your skirt suit and standing tall as you step off the elevator, ready to shake your interviewers hand with confidence; smiling as you prepare to conquer this last step to move onto your dream role... For years, I conducted business etiquette and professional skills training, did resume building, cover letter and essay editing, helped people define their brand, their passion, and connected them to others of similar passion or path. I've honed in on these skills during business school and have been able to help others as a Human Resources professional. I decided to become a certified coach to properly become an accountability partner for women who are struggling in these areas as they move through the recruiting process to help them move forward in their careers. With my 4 month 10 session coaching package, we go through a 4 phased journey to move through redefining what it means to network and interview, build out a plan for you to expand your network and practice connecting with other professionals, and build your interviewing skills through mocks and going over best practices. You'll get homework between sessions to help guide your progress, and feel confident as you move forward in taking control of your career!
