I became a coach as a bridge from early retirement, giving me a meaningful purpose and fostering my love of learning. I am most passionate about working with clients interested in growing their strengths through group coaching, focusing on critical skills associated with Leadership. My experience with group coaching led me to write a chapter called “The Power of Group Coaching” in Coaching Perspectives X (tenth edition) and to become one of the founder members of the In It Together coaches.
