Kelly Gangl
Kelly Gangl is a Human Resources and Organization Development Leadaership Coach with 20+ years of experience. Kelly earned a B.S. Degree in Human Resource Management from The Ohio State University, and actively maintains the SPHR Certification. She graduated with a Master’s degree in Organization Development (MOD) from Bowling Green State University in August of 2015 and earned the Professional Coach Certification in February of 2015.
Since December of 2014, Kelly has been providing Organization Development consulting services to the leadership team of a family owned business in Indianapolis. Under Kelly’s guidance, this century old business has transitioned from operating in silos to operating as a cohesive leadership team that meets regularly and has developed a new vision, mission, values and company strategy for the first time in the organization's history.
Prior to her foray into consulting, Kelly served as Vice President of Human Resources for Herman & Kittle Properties, Inc., which included a role in the company’s strategic planning. Over the course of her
career, Kelly has served in key human resource leadership roles for small, medium and large size employers in several industries including medical manufacturing, environmental services, direct mail, and student loan services.
Kelly specializes in coaching organization leaders to effectively lead and manage change; she works to diagnose and analyze root causes of issues getting in the way of effective company performance; she works with individuals (especially managers and leaders), teams and groups to develop their full potential.
